COURSE DESCRIPTION
This program will cover the major provisions of lease guarantees from the guaranteed party and the guarantor. The program will cover duration, carevouts, and modifications on the satisfaction of certain benchmarks. The program will also discuss common traps to be avoided by landlords and guarantors.
